Quartz Valley Revival – Full Remodel & Addition in Paradise Valley

This Paradise Valley home underwent a complete transformation inside and out. The Quartz Valley Revival project was a full remodel and addition that redefined every inch of the property. The original structure had layers of outdated finishes and poor-quality work from prior contractors. We were brought in to not only update the space, but to elevate it—correcting previous issues and delivering a home that’s now thoughtfully curated, highly functional, and architecturally unique.

Every room was reimagined with intention, from clean-lined custom cabinetry and standout light fixtures to playful tile selections and new structural elements that brought in light, flow, and connection. This home now includes everything from a statement wine cellar to a serene primary suite, layered with color, texture, and personality throughout. It’s a bold, balanced revival—crafted to last.

Troon Parkview Remodel – Scottsdale, AZ

Sometimes it only takes a few focused updates to completely transform a home. That was exactly the case with our Troon Parkview Remodel in Scottsdale. While this wasn’t a full gut renovation, the strategic changes we made elevated the feel and functionality of the entire home.

We began by replacing all exterior doors and windows—removing rounded frames and opting for squared-off, modern lines in a crisp black finish to give the home a clean architectural edge. The original shutters were swapped for roll shades, streamlining the interiors even further. In the kitchen, we reconfigured the island layout and installed new countertops, creating a more functional space for gathering and entertaining. A few months later, the client brought us back to fully renovate the powder room and update the primary bathroom with a new vanity and dramatic slatted feature wall.

These upgrades, while selective, completely refreshed the look and energy of the home—bringing a clean, modern palette and sophisticated warmth to every space we touched.

Apache Cottage Remodel – Desert Mountain (Coming Soon)

We’re currently in the middle of transforming another one of the charming cottages in Desert Mountain—and this one is already shaping up to be something special. The Apache Cottage Remodel isn’t a full gut, but we’re giving it a top-to-bottom refresh that includes tearing out and reconfiguring multiple bathrooms, installing new cabinetry and flooring throughout, upgrading appliances, and repainting every space to create a clean, elevated look.

We love working on these homes in Desert Mountain, and this is one of several cottage remodels we’ve taken on recently. (In fact, we just completed a full gut renovation on another nearby property!) These homes have great bones, and with thoughtful design and high-quality finishes, they can really be brought back to life in a fresh, modern way.

One of the things that sets our process apart is how hands-on we are during construction. We’re in constant communication with our team and clients, sharing updates and progress photos almost daily to keep everyone aligned and excited.
